Jodie & Ben

began their day with a ceremony at the fabulous St. George’s Hall in Liverpool.

They saw each other before the ceremony and walked down the aisle hand-in hand.

The confetti outside worked an absolute treat and really set the tone for a vibrant fun wedding with a vibrant and fun couple!

It’s always lovely…

to take a few minutes away from your guests to capture that just-married feeling together. Shortly after the ceremony and a few family group shots, we headed up the steps to the classic pillared entrance of St. George’s Hall.

We had made a plan

to take an Uber to the Georgian Quarter for some city scape shots and it was certainly worth it! I’d shot in and around the Georgian Quarter previously, so I knew some good spots, but J&B had also done a recce previously so they knew exactly where they wanted to go.

Candid photograph of a bride and groom stood in a narrow, cobbled Liverpool back street. An ideal shot for Liverpool street wedding photography.

The invisible wind factory

Another quick Uber, then back to The Invisible Wind Factory for the super cool wedding reception! The bride and groom were really into their live gigs, so it was completely appropriate that they would host their wedding reception in such an iconic music venue!

Award winning pies for wedding breakfast

Dinner was award-winning pies with mash and mushy peas, washed down with pints of Guiness!

WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT

The evening celebrations continued with a live band and the biggest ceilidh I’ve ever seen! The venue was absolute huge and the dancefloor was full with every single guest… what a wedding!
