Lisa was amazing from start to finish on our wedding day. We were able to tell Lisa before the wedding the pictures we specifically wanted and she captured them all and so many more. Our wedding was from 4pm to 9pm. We wanted a photographer that would be happy to provide just a few hours….not an all day package. Lisa arrived and hit the ground running…she never stopped working for the full 2.5 hours that we had booked her for.
All the wedding party and guests are really happy with the results. Lisa was firm but polite, in order to get the job done and acheive excellent results. During the service we did’nt even know she was there, but we have lots of great photos that showed she was.Lisa was awesome!

Lisa is truly a master of her craft and takes great pride in her work. If you know your wedding day will be the biggest day of your life, you are going to want Lisa there to capture it.
My wedding day was indeed the biggest and best day of my life, in no small part due to the amazing role Lisa played in it. She knew all too well how to make sure the important things happened on cue and helped us build in buffer room so that we not only captured the moments, but enjoyed and savored them.
We had a chat with Lisa 8 weeks prior to the event to discuss all the nuances and details. She listened carefully about the things that were important to us and flagged any areas of concern, offering suggestions and solutions at every pinch point.
On our wedding day, she was very much master of her domain. Prompt, courteous and tactful. I am impressed at how extremely professional and experienced she was dealing with squirming children, parents’ divorce drama, “sides” of the family, and drunk guests. She handled these situations with such grace and ease. Every moment of my day looked and felt like a hallmark movie, and the photos she took also capture the love and fun everyone shared.
I am most impressed by her creativity. Her clever use of reflections in mirrors and windows, use of light and shadow to create complexity in bringing to life the rich, moody hues of our 16th century wedding venue in a way that was romantic and timeless. She also captured so many beautiful and natural poses and encounters, without too much staging or invasion.
Lisa captured the right amount of photos to chronicle our day. The greatest gift I could have asked for from my wedding is the beautiful photos she took, photos so carefully curated that I can relive that day over and over again. We couldn’t recommend doing Lisa enough, she was amazing from start to finish, she was patient and got all the shots we could have ever wanted. she was amazing with the children and very understanding when they didn’t want pictures done but made the most of the pictures she did get. she knew the best backdrops and the pictures looked amazing. Lisa was great on our wedding day, I hate having my picture taken and we were both dreading the focus being on us, but the day drifted on with pockets of photos here and there. Our wedding was far from trouble-free for Lisa as it took place on the final day before restrictions came in limiting the number of attendees permitted (March 2020). We weren’t sure the wedding would go ahead until the night before, but Lisa was a calming presence throughout. We were delighted with the job she did on the day and, after riding the storm of the pandemic, she provided us with some wonderful photos and a lovely photo album. We also hired Lisa’s husband Dave as our DJ and were delighted with him, too. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
